Becoming a Long-term Staffing Partner for a Medical Supplies Manufacturer
THE CHALLENGE. A medical supply manufacturer had opened a new facility and needed to hire employees in order to begin production. After basic implementation and hiring, job duties and departments needed to evolve in order to generate business.
THE ACTION PLAN. Upon learning more about the company and their needs, Pro Staff created a custom hiring solution:
- Determine the hiring timeline by working closely with the director of operations and human resources
- Create monthly reporting to track progress
- Meet with the client weekly to remain proactive
- Implement 30/60/90 day talent performance reviews
- Develop profiles for each position and department
